i'm proud to present the lovely lindsay again. she came out with us last night to snafu, not only to see her boyfriend dj-ing but to celebrate the fact that she was accepted into st martin's in london to study photography. i mentioned on the post of her before that she has also been accepted into camberwell, so for this big bundle of talent, its decision time!
just after i got my baby back i took a few snaps outside snafu, this photo of cristoff being one of the first. he is italian, from rome and studying at aberdeen university. we have discovered we both appreciate art and both love the book the alchemist by paolo coelho. he told me his father is quite a well known artist in italy, i forget his name though, i will get back to the blog on that one.
i don't know his name and i don't know what he does for a living but this boy who i spotted in kilau on little belmont street seems very happy with the world he lives in. he sat there for a while with his shoes off, playing around on his laptop and writing bits and pieces down. he smiled to himself and looked as if he was thinking great thoughts. he went away, to the little boys room perhaps, came back and sat in this position and started to write on his hand, i would have loved to have known what he wrote on his hand that day and whether he knew i had photographed him.
